How do I add a product?

Tap the + button on the home screen. You can either scan a receipt using your camera, import an image from your photo library, or manually enter the product details.

How do I add an add-on (warranty, AMC, insurance)?

Open the product you want to add coverage for, then navigate to the product detail page. From there, you can add extended warranties, AMC plans, insurance, or accidental damage protection.

Why isn't AI scanning working?

AI-powered scanning requires iPhone 15 Pro or later with Apple Intelligence enabled. On older devices, the app uses pattern matching which may have different accuracy. Ensure your receipt is well-lit and clearly visible.

How do I enable iCloud sync?

iCloud sync is enabled by default if you're signed into iCloud on your device. You can toggle this in Settings → iCloud Sync within the app.

How do I set up warranty reminders?

Go to Settings → Notifications and enable reminders. You can customize how many days before expiry you want to be notified.

Is my data secure?

Yes! All your data stays on your device or in your personal iCloud account. We don't collect any personal data, and all AI processing happens on-device.

How do I delete my data?

To delete a product, open it and use the delete option on the product detail page. To delete all data, go to Settings → Reset to clear all your information. Uninstalling the app will also remove all local data.

Where can I find more help?

The app includes a built-in Help Center with detailed guides and information. Go to Settings → Help Center within the app for comprehensive documentation.

General Questions

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings within the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find the app, and tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any App Store purchase.

Which devices are supported?

Our apps support iPhone and iPad running iOS 26 or later. Some features like AI scanning require iPhone 15 Pro or later with Apple Intelligence.
